Abs challenge

Many individuals take up this 30 Day Ab Challenge that 'guarantees' abs after 30 days of the directed form(s) of exercise. This challenge allows people to tone up and boost their core muscles and body strength to the max. 

How it works? Thats simple. Those doing this challenge are expected to do four different exercises each day. However as each day goes by, the time spent doing the exercises slowly increases in order to build core body muscle strength. In most cases by the time individuals reach the 30th day; exercises become much more easier to do.

It should be noted that the challenge only requires individuals to complete the amount of time specified on the chart and no more than that. However, those who are feeling overly enthusiastic are welcome to try and do these exercises for longer periods than required; but keep in mind that by the 30th day doing extra exercise will become highly difficult.
